We are delighted to welcome you back from your first-semester break and hope you had a restful and rejuvenating time. As you resume your academic activities, the Students Affairs Division wishes you a happy and prosperous Eid de-Fitr celebration. May this festive period bring joy, peace, and success to you and your families.

As we resume our academic activities, I would like to take this opportunity to remind all students of the existing regulations that ensure a conducive learning environment and promote the well- being of our campus community. The following rules remain in full effect and must be strictly adhered to:

• Banning of Open Defecation: Open defecation is strictly prohibited on campus. Students are expected to use the designated restroom facilities at all times.
• Splitting Water: The act of splitting or splashing water within the accommodation premises is not allowed. This measure is to maintain cleanliness and prevent accidents.
• Littering the Environment: All students are expected to keep the university environment clean. Littering of any kind is not tolerated. Please dispose of your waste in the designated bins.
• Provision of Expensive Handsets: Students are discouraged from bringing or using expensive handsets on campus. This is to prevent theft and loss, ensuring your safety and the security of your belongings.
• Use of Heavy Electrical Appliances: The use of heavy electrical appliances such as hot plates, heaters, electric cookers, and similar devices is strictly forbidden in student accommodations and other university buildings. These items pose a significant fire hazard and can lead to power outages.
