Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic,Ikot Osurua Approved School Fees Schedule For The 2025/2026 Academic Session.

This is to inform the general public especially the newly admitted students of the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic that the Management has approved the release of the school fees for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Please find attached the approved SCHOOL FEES schedule for 2025/2026 Academic Session as released by the Deputy Registrar/Secretary to Council, Mr. Ini D. Ebong.

Students are warned against giving money to anyone including family members to make payments on their behalf.

Be advised that you are expected to generate invoice and pay a NON-REFUNDABLE ACCEPTANCE FEE of #10,000 only upon confirmation of your Admission status via https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng/VerifyAccount.aspx

MODE OF PAYMENT:

1. All students are advised to obtain Clearance/Authority to pay from their respective Departments before Payment of fees into any Commercial Bank.
2. Generate Remita invoice and proceed to pay Fee at ANY COMMERCIAL BANK IN NIGERIA USING REMITA PLATFORM.
3. Thereafter, for authentication of Receipts, students should present the following documents before Letters of Admission are issued.
   1. Two (2) copies of Remita School Fee e-receipt and Acceptance Fee (one coloured and one photocopy).
   2. One Coloured Passport with Full name, Department written at the reversed side stapled to the Coloured Remita e-receipt.
4. The e-receipt authenticated by the Bursary Department is evidence of your payment; students should takefore take care of it for future clearance. Any loss of fee receipt attracts a fine of N1,000.00.
5. NOTE: All Departmental fees of N3,000.00 are payable to the relevant Departmental Accounts.
6. Acceptance Fees of N10,000.00 (New Students only), payable at any COMMERCIAL BANK IN NIGERIA, Using Remita Platform.
   Note: Acceptance Fee of N10,000.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE.
7. School Fees are payable per Semester within the allowable period of one month. Late payment of School Fee attracts N5,000.00 Penalty.
