- Obtain WAEC Verification Pin: Begin by acquiring a 19 or 20-digit WAEC Verification Pin. This can be obtained from any branch of First Bank or through authorized outlets.
- Registration and Dashboard Access: After securing your pin, complete the NYSC registration process. Once your registration is submitted, log into your NYSC dashboard to access further options.
- Access Date of Birth Correction: Find and click on the ‘Correction of Date of Birth’ link on your dashboard. This link is specifically designed for initiating changes to your recorded birth date.
- Enter Details for Verification:
- WAEC Verification Pin: Input the pin you’ve purchased.
- WAEC Type: Choose the type of WAEC examination you participated in (e.g., WASSCE).
- Year of Exam: Specify the year you completed the examination.
- Examination Number: Key in your WAEC examination number.
- Verification and Finalization:
- Click on Verify Button: This step checks your entered data against WAEC’s records for accuracy.
