School Student Create An Amazing Invention From Scratch

Ethan Simiyu who was a student of Christ the king primary school created a crane truck from scratch
Ethan Simiyu was a student who got 410 marks in the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) tests and this achievement shocked his teachers and family.

Every Kenyan pupils has to pass the KCPE exam, which is the primary school graduation exam, in order to continue their education into secondary school. It’s the national common entrance’s equivalent in Nigeria.
The aspiring Engineer Ethan Simiyu created a crane design, and he has been sharpening his skills online, according to his parents.
He added that his use of the internet inspired him to think creatively. He said;
“Heavy objects can be lifted on building sites and in assembly lines by means of cranes.”
Alice Simiyu, Ethan’s mother, expressed hope that her son’s skill would benefit him.
“I am sure that soon he will get destiny helpers in science and technology who will help him so that his talent benefits him,” she said.
Antony Simiyu, Ethan’s father, advised parents to guide their children on how best to use the internet.
“As a parent, I am very proud because I know this is just the beginning for my son to start innovating things because he always talks about being an innovator,” said Antony.

Christ, the King Primary School headteacher Stephen Chemagere, said Ethan was among the best performing candidates of KCPE-
“Once I looked at it, I got attracted, and I had a conversation with his parents, and here comes what the boy has developed.
”The machine itself is called a hydraulic arm, and the boy explained to me how the machine works. I would not understand, But he explained to me slowly by slowly, and I got attracted,” Chemagere said.
