As you are all aware, ABU Zaria is expected to be reopened on 25th January 2021 subject to further directives that may be issued by the Federal and Kaduna State Governments.
The school is fully prepared to welcome students back to the campus for the continuation of academic activities.
The Kaduna State Ministry of Education was in A.B.U to supervise and inspect the campus.
The delegation expressed their satisfaction as to how the school is fully ready to be opened in compliance to COVID-19 protocols.
However, as at the time of this publication, no permission was granted by the ministry for the school to commence its academic activities.
We wish to inform the students to continue with their preparation and hold on for now while the school management is working hard to secure permission from the state government. No official confirmation that school will not resume on the 25th neither there is a new date fixed. Stay alert for further directives that may be issued by the school management.
Indeed these are challenging times for us and we will surely overcome this, Thank you.
