Nigerian quadruplets Toks, Temi, Tobi, and Tolu Ogunsanya made history by graduating with master’s degrees from Warwick University on the same day, crediting their success to family support, determination, and a shared commitment to societal impact.

Toks, Temi, Tobi, and Tolu Ogunsanya, 23-year-old Nigerian quadruplets and two pairs of identical twins, have made history by earning master’s degrees from Warwick University in the United Kingdom on the same day.
Born in Nigeria and raised in the UK from the age of seven, the siblings began their academic journey at Warwick, where they excelled with first-class undergraduate degrees: Toks and Temi in chemical engineering, Tobi in economics, and Tolu in mechanical engineering. They continued their education at the same institution, earning master’s degrees in specialized fields—Toks and Temi in biomedical engineering, Tobi in finance and economics, and Tolu in engineering business management.
Graduating together on January 22, 2012, the siblings credit their success to their supportive parents, their close bond, and their shared determination. “We are proud of ourselves and grateful to God for this achievement. It wasn’t easy, but we motivated each other and had amazing lecturers and classmates,” Temi shared.
Beyond academics, the Ogunsanya quadruplets are talented musicians who share their passion through a YouTube channel and have contributed to their university community through sports, mentoring, and charity initiatives.
Believed to be the first Nigerian quadruplets to graduate together at this academic level, they plan to pursue PhDs or professional qualifications, aiming to use their education to impact society positively. “We hope our story inspires others to follow their passions and work hard. With God’s help, nothing is impossible,” Tobi said.
