“The Curves Are Smooth”: Nigerian Girl With Font Like Handwriting Secures A Job, Photos of Her Book Stuns People

Cursory: A Nigerian girl’s flawless handwriting astonished many on social media. Her handwriting appeared to be written in a computer font in pictures that she posted on Facebook. Many internet users praised her in response to the images posted on Facebook, while others questioned her.

A proud Nigerian girl, Emediong Essien, shared pictures of her book on social media and gushed over her beautiful handwriting, which many online found to be comparable to a computer font.

Additionally, she was grateful to her teacher for helping her and her classmates write clearly and neatly. She said:

While sitting to update some school notes and assignments, I can’t help but admire the beauty of my handwriting. The lines are straight, the curves are smooth, and every letter is perfectly formed. It’s a small thing, but it brings me a sense of pride and accomplishment.

It’s funny to think that I used to dread those handwriting exercises in primary school. (my first copy book, tracing of letters e.t.c)

Our teacher was strict and demanded perfection. We grumbled and complained, thinking she was being too hard on us. But now, looking back, I see how she was actually training us to have beautiful handwriting from the very beginning.

At the time, I didn’t realize the value of her lessons. I didn’t understand how important it was to form letters correctly, to space them evenly, to maintain consistent size and slant. But our teacher knew, and she didn’t let us get away with anything less than our best effort.

Now, as an adult, I’m grateful for her strict teaching methods. Her dedication to neat handwriting has paid off, not just for me, but for most of my classmates as well . We all have beautiful handwriting that we can be proud of, and we owe it all to her.

So as I write this note, I take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication of my primary school teacher Aunty Doris Odunze. Although all efforts to reach her has been futile , she may or may not see this post but I’m really grateful for all her efforts.

Plus this handwriting got me a job
