YSU stated that returning students in MBBS, Physiotherapy, Human Anatomy, and Human Physiology have the same fees as new intake students, except for these items and totals:
- Students handbook, Identity card, Acceptance fees are not listed
- Laboratory fee: 7,000.00 (MBBS); 6,000.00 (Physiotherapy, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology)
- Total: 49,250.00 (MBBS); 47,250.00 (Physiotherapy); 46,250.00 (Human Anatomy); 46,250.00 (Human Physiology)
Extra charges for non-indigenes and accommodation
YSU listed extra tuition charges for non-indigenous students, based on faculty:
- Non-indigene tuition fees: N30,000 (Science/Arts); N35,000 (Law); N45,000 (Medical College)
Accommodation (on-campus housing): N6,000
Miscellaneous fees (where applicable)

Deadlines and late registration penalty
