A brilliant Nigerian woman, Praise Olawanle, earned a Master of Laws degree in the UK—fulfilling her father’s lifelong dream after his own educational struggles—while the platform also highlights scholarship opportunities, success stories, and student support resources.


She began her academic journey at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where she earned her LL.B., before moving on to postgraduate studies at BPP. Alongside her master’s program, Praise also undertook the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in the UK.
allscho Her proud father, Dele Olawanle, a practicing lawyer in the United Kingdom, shared an emotional tribute on Twitter as he watched his daughter graduate—a moment he described as a fulfillment of a long-held dream.
“I could not do it, but they did,” Dele said as he celebrated her achievement.
Dele shared his struggles of relocating to the UK with limited resources. He recalled spending 15 years from primary school to his first degree due to financial hardship. He once enrolled in a part-time Master’s program at Middlesex University but had to drop out during the final semester due to an unpaid balance of £750.
Despite the setback, Dele was determined to provide his children with the education he couldn’t complete. Years later, his perseverance paid off—all three of his children are now Law graduates with Master’s degrees.
