Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH) notice to staff and students.
This is to inform members of staff and students that the Igbo Ora Community will commence Oro festival today, Tuesday, 9th February, 2021.
The oro festival is expected to last for seven (7) days from 10:00pm to Sam everyday while the grand finale tagged “Ahusule” will come up on Monday, 15th February, 2021.
Please note that it is forbidden for women to move about within the town between 10:00pm to 3:00um everyday during the Oro festival.
In view of this, all Staff and Students are hereby notified to avoid moving about between the hours of 10: 00pm to 5:00am while the festival lasts.
All Female staff and students are hereby enjoined to stay indoor throughout Monday: 13th February, 2021 which is the grand finale of the festival.
