Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro Notice to Students on Indecent Dressing.

This is to inform members of the University community and visitors that the Vice Chancellor, Prof. J.S. Oboreh, has reiterated management’s commitment in the fight against indecent dressing among staff, students and visitors on campus.
The Vice-Chancellor, who made this known at the matriculation ceremony of pioneer students of the University held recently, emphatically stressed the importance of dressing decently on campus.
He referred to the following among others as indecent dressing: dreadlocks and dyed hair, weaving of hair by males, rugged jeans, bum shorts, wearing clothes to expose sensitive parts of the body, putting on low waist, putting on shorts, handless, etc.
Arising from the above, management has mandated security personnel not to allow anyone that falls under the above categories have access into the campus henceforth, as defaulters will be decisively dealt with in accordance with the University regulations.
