Faith Ebunoluwa Ojedokun, a native of Oyo state, has been honored by Russia University for her outstanding achievement.
She recently graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Belgorod University, where she was admitted in 2018.
Faith’s exceptional academic abilities have been evident since her early years, and she received an award during her time at The International School, University of Ibadan in Nigeria.
In an interview, Faith’s father, Mr. Gbenga Ojedokun, a Research Administrator at the University of Ibadan, expressed his pride in Faith’s academic accomplishments.
He described her as consistently dedicated and focused on her studies, expressing gratitude for God’s grace upon her.
For her primary education, Faith attended the Staff School at the University of Ibadan, and for her secondary education, she enrolled at The International School, University of Ibadan.
For the future, Faith, who is fluent in both English and Russian, expressed her aspirations to pursue postgraduate studies and contribute to Nigeria’s development upon her return.
Achieving a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, a field predominantly dominated by males, is a remarkable feat for Faith. As such, it would be highly beneficial for both the government and private organizations to provide support and assistance in her pursuit of higher education and her chosen endeavors.
