Teacher gets beaten for stopping student from assaulting fellow female school mate

On Tuesday 26th October, a teacher was reportedly beaten by a student at the Itori Comprehensive High School in Ogun State.

This occurred after the teacher asked the student to stop beating a fellow female student.

The unnamed student who happened to be in SSS 3 entered the class while the said teacher was teaching and began to beat the girl who was in the class.

According to an eyewitness, the teacher had told the boy to stop assaulting the girl, but instead of heeding to the teacher, he turned to the teacher and beat him up too.

It was gathered that while the teacher was rushed to the hospital the boy has been apprehended and taken to the police station while the Amotekun, a security newtork in South West region of the country was on ground in the school as at the time of this occurrence.
