Singer Wizkid has been trending on social media in the past few days after a young man, Ahmed, called him out on social media and accused him of not fulfilling promises made in the past.

Alaka Basit, a former Vulcanizer helped by superstar singer, Wizkid, has spoken in reaction to the controversy stirred by Ahmed, who claimed that the artiste failed to fulfil his promise of N10m and a record deal.
Though Ahmed has recanted his statement and admitted that Wizzy helped in numerous ways, Basit in a social media post revealed that Wizkid enrolled both of them in the same school and has been paying N3 million school fees for them yearly.
In his words:
”Ungrateful soul they expelled you from school due to your bad behavior now you are telling lies, damn and you feel this is the best way to get wiz attention back you got it all wrong bro. Bro if you seeing this ask your self our School fees alone is how much per year roughly 3 million yearly and you have been in that School before me brother just ask God for forgiveness before you ask wizz.
”I can’t just imagine hammed saying all this after BIGWIZ gave you a new life. life that will make your future bright but you chose to continue to be a street boy.
“Opportunity that a lot of people were praying for…if my own school fees were to be saved yearly my parents will be millionaire not to talk of you that you have been in that school for years before wizz found me, just ask God for forgiveness because you just bite the finger that have been feeding you for long and you are not even scared of what might happened may God Almighty continue to bless. lift and guide our NO1 @wizkidayo”
