CURSORY: Netizens have taken to Rema’s Twitter account to remind him about the end of the eight months ASUU strike, hilariously imploring on him to come back and face his studies.


In January, popular Nigerian singer Rema joyfully announced that he gained admission into the University of Lagos, to study creative arts, but since the Academic Staff Union of Universities embarked on a strike, Rema has been stuck at home.
He lamented over the fact that he had not started school since he made the announcement.
“ASUU, since dem give me admission I neva start school o, e don do nau!” he wrote.
Nevertheless, the singer used the opportunity to pursue his music career, earning himself fame home and abroad.
After the ASUU strike was called off, and netizens have observed that the singer was yet to return to Nigeria Even after his school announced their resumption and it is already a week to his exams.
