University of Ilorin, UNILORIN SUG notice to students on registration of organizations, associations, clubs & societies


The Students’ Union Government Body of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) wishes to inform all students of the University that the registration window for Student Organizations, Associations, Clubs, and Societies for the 2022/2023 academic session is now open and will close on Sunday, 24th December, 2023. Students should ensure timely registration of their Association/Organization during this period to avoid any risk of proscription.
GUIDELINES/PROCEDURES
- Obtain a Letter of Introduction/Renewal/Registration from the Stall Adviser of the Association, duly signed by the staff adviser.
- Submit the Letter of Introduction/Renewal at the General Office of the Student Affairs Unit (SAU).
- Make a payment of N5,000.00 to the Account of the Student Affairs Unit at Unilorin Micro-finance Bank Limited, Account No. 1100014385.
- Submit evidence of payment to the Student Affairs Office.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Constitution of the Association
- Programmes of the Association for the year under review
- Letter of Introduction from the Staff Adviser
- Details (name, matric number, level, and department) and passport photographs of the Officers/Executives of the Association
- Evidence of payment of the registration dues
Please note that any Association, Club or Society that fails to renew it registration or register for this academic session will NOT be recognized and/or allowed to carry out any activities on the Campus
