The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has expelled two of her students and rusticated three others for one academic session due to alleged misconduct on campus.


The University of Ilorin’s management has disciplined five students for alleged misconduct on campus.
Two students, Olayoonu Amos from the Department of Human Kinetics and Ibrahim Taoheed from the Department of Education Management, were expelled, while three others, Olabanji Toluwanimi David from the Department of Communication and Information Science, Dosunmu Ezekiel Olabanji from the Department of Marketing, and Obadairo-Yusuf Adedoyin Babatunde from the Department of Telecommunication Science, were rusticated for one academic session.
The disciplinary actions were approved by the Vice Chancellor following recommendations from the Students’ Disciplinary Committee on Friday, July 5, 2024, as announced by the University’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Kunle Akogun, on Monday.
