Osun State Polytechnic, OSPOLY Management has Banned Wild Celebration on Campus
The Management has noted that in every successive year, final year students of the Institution always engage in sign out ceremony to commemorate the completion of their academic journey in the institution. While the Management appreciates and acknowledges The fact that such event worths celebrating, there the need to apply caution. Many of such celebrations have led to the untimely death of Students in this institution and sister institution.
Latest update: PROSCRIPTION OF STUDENTS’ SIGN-OUT ACTIVITIES
You will recall that the Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has proscribed the Sign-Out activities of all final year students at the end of this ongoing Second Semester examination in the institution.
Therefore, the Directorate of Student Affairs is directed to inform all Deans and Head of Academic Departments of this management decision.
All Deans and HODs are therefore enjoined to kindly inform their NCE, ND, and HND students accordingly, and ensure that their students fully comply with this instruction in their faculties and departments.
Any student found culpable of this instruction will face severe sanctions.

Consequently, Management has directed that there should NOT be any form of wild celebration that can jeopardise the lifes of our deal Students. There should not be any form of funfair within the campus as all Students are to conclude their examinations as scheduled and leave for their respective homes For the avoidance of doubt, any Student found to be contravoning this directive will be heavily sanctioned,
All final year Students are therefore directed to note the fallowing
- No entry for vehicles Lelonging to Students
- No musical dexotay in and around the campus
- No procession or gathering of any kind in the campus
- No Nishanting of provoking songs of any form
