This highly competitive award will enable her to pursue a master’s degree in Special Education, Needs, Disabilities, and Inclusion at the University of Hull. Her journey to this achievement has been marked by resilience, determination, and continuous self-improvement.

Omotoke, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, first applied for the fully funded scholarship in 2018 but was met with disappointment. Undeterred, she reapplied multiple times in subsequent years—facing rejection after rejection. However, rather than giving up, she used each setback as an opportunity to refine her application and strengthen her candidacy. Her perseverance finally paid off in 2024 when she was awarded the scholarship.
