A Twitter user “@__faves” has accused Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), of allegedly making her resit a course she had passed, because she participated in a beauty pageant.
The student who made the allegations via several tweets posted on the social media platform, said both the online results and her lecturer’s records showed that she had passed the course, but the department is insisting that she failed it.

She accused the university of double standards, saying the only reason she is being told to resit the course is because she had no influential person to speak up for her, and she will have to pay N80,000 on tuition for the resit.
