The Federal University of Kashere is to commence part-time degree programmes in earnest as approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).


This was announced by the Vice-Chancellor Federal University of Kashere; Prof Umaru A. Pate during the opening ceremony of the Staff Audit and Verification exercise on 12th January at the Entrepreneurship and Service Learning Center Auditorium of the University.
He added that adverts would soon be sent for the speedy commencement of the programmes and as such departments which are qualified to start the programmes are to prepare and liaised with the Director of Part-Time Studies, Prof. Ali Rakum a building for the centre is underway.
He further announced that for 2022 appropriations, about 900 Million Naira was appropriated to the FUK for possession of a guest house in Abuja which would be used as liaison offices and lodging for Staff on various assignments to the Federal Capital Territory.
