Cursory: Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) excelled in an online international Mathematics challenge hosted by Pan-Asia International School in Thailand, securing a total of 19 medal. These outstanding students have been invited to the Global Round of the Copernicus Mathematics Olympiad in New York.
In an online international Mathematics challenge organized by the Pan-Asia International School in Thailand, the Nigerian Tulip International Colleges (NTIC) achieved notable success, securing a total of 19 medals.
The event aimed to inspire students to perceive math differently, kindle interest in the subject, and contemplate its application in future studies and daily life. Out of the 52 participating NTIC students, 19 received medals, with nine Gold, six Silver, four Bronze, and six honourable mentions.
Recognizing their outstanding performances, these students have been invited to the Global Round of the Copernicus Mathematics Olympiad in New York in July 2024, hosted by Columbia University.
Praising the students, Mr. Fevzullah Bilgin, the Managing Director of the school, expressed special recognition for the Gold Medallists, including Luis Lu, Chidubem Festus Nwakuche, Chibuike Augustine Amah, Kaosisochukwu Karsten Enebe, Chukwukasiemobi Andre Enebe, Chukwunwike Ezebube, Abdulhafiz Wakili, Oghenerukevwe Esemitodje, and Ikenna Enwere.
He extended congratulations to the students, teachers, and parents for these remarkable achievements.
