An intelligent Nigerian student, Fayobomi Olusola-Falodun has earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States.

Fayobomi Olusola-Falodun, a brilliant Nigerian woman, has earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States.

Graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors, Fayobomi obtained her degree in Marketing and Communications from the Isenberg School of Management. She expressed her gratitude on LinkedIn, thanking everyone who contributed to her success.

“I can now (officially) say that I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication,” she shared.

Fayobomi described her four-year academic journey as life-changing, noting that being a Nigerian in the US significantly influenced her perspective and ambitions. She embraced every opportunity with openness and determination, inspired by her nationality.

Throughout her academic career, Fayobomi interned at Google and JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining invaluable experience in the tech and finance industries. She also attended the Management Leadership for Tomorrow and Women of Isenberg Conference, which honed her communication and networking skills.

She represented Apple and Fresh Prints as a campus leader, stepping out of her comfort zone to develop her leadership abilities. These roles challenged her to lead, listen, learn, and adapt, profoundly shaping her approach to teamwork and collaboration.

Beyond her studies, Fayobomi worked as a Teaching Assistant, Peer Advisor, Tour Guide, and Admissions Diversity Fellow for the university’s admission office. These roles deepened her appreciation for diversity and inclusion and taught her the importance of empathy and support in fostering an environment where all students can thrive.

Fayobomi is excited about her future and eager to connect with more professionals as she continues to explore opportunities that align with her skills and aspirations.
