Deji Adeyanju, a popular human rights activist has taken to Twitter to speak about how students beat the education and school system and do what they wish and want. He also talked about the power of good parenting in major issues like this.

In his post, the human right activist reacted to the Dowen college incident by saying that in higher institutions like the prestigious Covenant University, one of the private universities in the country, which according to him is the strictest University in Nigeria, the students finds many ways to beat the system to do all sorts of things the institution prohibits.
He said bad kids will always be bad stressing that parenting is very key. While saying this, he noted that his point is not to exonerate the school from any wrong adding that justice must be served in this case.
Deji’s tweet reads as follows: “COVENANT UNIVERSITY is the strictest university in Nigeria but students still find ways to beat the system and do all sorts of bad stuffs. Bad kids will always be bad. Parenting in key. This is not to day the school is not Culpable. Justice must be done in this case”
Indeed, a bad kid will always be bad, at times parents do their by providing everything their children need so they don’t go the wrong direction, but in the end, they do the things they were told not to do, and the parents get the blame for their children’s atrocities.
It is not a hidden fact, that some children eventually choose what they want to become regardless of their parents’ effort. We have witnessed how kids from violent and negative environments turn out to be great in life, they had the choice to become the product of their society or bad parenting but they chose to be useful for themselves and society.
The parents no doubt have roles to play, the school has a role to play, the environment has a role to plat everyone has a role to play but the child is the only one that can decide what he wants to do with his life All the factors l aforementioned are there to guide or lead him into making the right or wrong decision for himself and the society at large.
