Delta State Poly Otefe Oghara notice on verification/screening exercise for new students.

This is to inform all Admitted candidates of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe Oghara that the verification of their credentials has been scheduled for Tuesday, 11th January to Friday, 14th January, 2022.

In view of the above, candidates are advised to come along to their various Schools with the under-listed documents.

• O’Level result
• ND statement of Result (for HND Candidates)
• Receipt of payment of form
• Acknowledgment Form
• Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• Four (4) recent Passports
• Jamb Admission letter or Jamb Regularisation form
• Jamb Result Slip

Please note, all COVID-19 protocols must be observed by all admitted candidates during the verification Exercise.
