The interview exercise will be conducted in phases, based on Ebonyi State’s three educational zones:

- Ebonyi Central Zone: Monday, June 30 – Friday, July 4

Mrs. Nwankwo urged all shortlisted candidates to visit the official SEB notice board at the headquarters to confirm their names, exact interview dates, and any specific requirements or groupings relevant to their zone.
Mandatory Documents for Interview
All candidates are required to arrive at the venue fully prepared with the originals and photocopies of the following credentials:
- Birth Certificate or sworn Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs (with white background)
- Academic Qualifications, including:

To ensure efficiency during the verification process, candidates must organize their documents in two separate files:

Failure to comply with these documentation guidelines, the board warned, may result in disqualification or delay in processing.
SEB Reaffirms Commitment to Transparency
Reiterating the board’s mission, Mrs. Nwankwo emphasized that the recruitment process remains strictly merit-based, with no tolerance for favoritism, lobbying, or unethical practices.
“We are committed to selecting only the most qualified, competent, and passionate individuals to teach in our public schools. Our goal is to uplift education standards in Ebonyi State and ensure students receive quality instruction,” she stated.
She also encouraged applicants to remain professional throughout the process and follow official communication channels for updates, rather than relying on unofficial social media posts or unverified information.
