A video footage showing a nursery school in Ekiti state being sealed off by the state’s Internal Revenue taskforce members has received backlash after it was reported that, school pupils were locked inside the school premise.
Parents had complained bitterly about being unable to pick up their children after as the school entrance was sealed off.

The distraught parents said it would have been better if they were given prior notice to pick up the pupils instead of locking them inside the school.
The state government in a statement released by the office of the commissioner for information and value orientation, condemned the act by the task force team and ordered an investigation into the matter.
