These talented boys and girls are from Divine Rays British School in Idemili North local government area of Anambra State.

The school’s headmistress, Mrs. Ifeoma Ucheama, emphasized that this achievement highlights the school’s dedication to nurturing young minds for academic excellence.

Divine Rays British School in Idemili North local government area of Anambra State has emerged victorious in the 2024 National Mathematics Competition. This competition, held across various states, was divided into four categories: lower primary, upper primary, junior secondary, and senior secondary.

Six students represented the school in this national competition. The organizers, Catalyst Consulting, announced the results in a statement issued on Monday, May 20.

Students from the primary section of Divine Rays British School won six gold medals at the annual event. Mrs. Ifeoma Ucheama described this victory as a “remarkable achievement.” She stated, “The school is elated to announce the remarkable achievements of its talented learners: Okonkwo Chiziterem, Ezievuo Kosiso S., Nwabueze Chikamso S., Okoye Emmanuella C., Okonkwo Amarachi J., and Uche Chiemerie Victoria.”

“This outstanding feat stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work of both the learners and the school’s coaching staff. These achievements underscore the school’s commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering a culture of academic excellence. Congratulations to the gold medalists, and may their success inspire future generations of scholars,” Ucheama added.
