Federal Polytechnic Idah Issues Exam Permit Guidelines

This is to inform all students, including SIWES and Spillover students, that the First Semester Course Registration Form and Examination Permit are now available on the students’ dashboard.

All students are required to visit the school portal and log in using their Portal ID and password to:

• Register their courses for the semester
• Print out the Course Registration Form
• Print out the Examination Permit
• After printing: Take the Course Registration Form to the respective lecturers for their signatures.
• Submit the signed Course Form and the Examination Permit to your Head of Department (HOD) for stamping and signing.

Please note that failure to complete these processes will result in denial of entry into the examination hall.

Also, students who have not paid their school fees will not be able to register their courses or print the examination permit. No school fees payment, no examination.

The First Semester Examination will commence on 2nd March, 2026 for all students, including SIWES and Spillover students.
