Assan, the first of ten siblings, was raised in a farming community and attended village schools for his early education.
He claimed that he graduated from basic school as a prefect and earned an overall BECE score of 8 at a country school.
Sharing his story on LinkedIn, he wrote:
- * Born in a farm village. 1st of 10 siblings.
- * Attended village schools.
- * Boys prefect throughout basic school.
- * Obtained aggregate 8 in BECE in a village school.
- * Did Science in SHS but had aggregate 16 (terrible ????)
- * Changed from Science to Business in University.
- * Graduated with 1st class degree in accounting.
- * Scholarship student (Finalist) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana.
- * To be husband (watch out ????????????).
- * Accountant with over 8 years experience.
- *Soon PhD candidate ????
