Priscilla Asikhia has set an outstanding record of being the youngest PhD graduate of Babcock University, Nigeria, after earning a Doctorate (PhD) degree at the young age of 25.

Dr. Priscilla, while sharing her accomplishment on LinkedIn, revealed that she was once called a girl with No Future and Ambition.
In her words;
“A young girl who didn’t believe in herself as a result of my underperformance back in high school, A Jss2 girl, once called a No Future Ambition by her principal now a Ph.D. Holder.
“I am glad to announce that I have just been awarded a Ph.D. Degree and also holding the position of the youngest Ph.D. graduate at Babcock University. All glory be to God for this great feat.

“A successive 10-year education has given me a grounded knowledge of Educational Research, Administration, and Human Resource.

“Through the knowledge gained in these past years, I believe I can add value to the nation and the world at large.
“A 2-year work experience at Emzor pharmaceuticals as an HR and Unified payments as a Business Operation Specialist, has given me the opportunity to practice what has been learned in these past years.
“Trust me, it hasn’t been easy. Having to combine work and school at a very young age has been tasking but all glory to God for being with me all the way.
“I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13) is the verse of the scripture that keeps me going.
“I want to say a big thank you to my supermodel; Olalekan Asikhia, My lovely mother; Dr. Busayo Asikhia, My awesome brother; Iseoluwa Asikhia, and My supervisor; Dr. Akinlabi Babatunde, and those that made me who I am today.
