A picture shared on the official page of the student union government of the University of Benin has caused a stir online, with many commenters calling it ”eye service”.
The image pictures students in a lecture hall all geared up with their nose masks as well as observing social distancing.
People however doubted the authenticity of the image, stating that it was all staged for the cameras.
Some other people alleged that more than half of the students were told to wait outside the lecture hall before the picture was taken.
