Nigerian Law School Graduate Morenike Oyeleke Emerges with First Class Honours

Morenike Oyeleke graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School, overcoming academic challenges and self-doubt to achieve one of the highest distinctions in legal education.

A brilliant young Nigerian, Morenike Oyeleke, has achieved an extraordinary academic milestone by graduating with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School, a feat attained by only a select few each year.

Morenike shared the exciting news on LinkedIn, expressing her joy and gratitude after what she described as a challenging yet fulfilling journey. “I GOT A FIRST CLASS IN LAW SCHOOL!” she declared, recounting the intense academic pressure, sleepless nights, and moments of self-doubt she had to overcome throughout her law school experience.

Reflecting on her journey, she wrote, “The constant reading, burning the midnight oil, that voice whispering your biggest fears to you… that maybe you just can’t obtain this because it’s just not within your reach.” Yet, despite the obstacles, Morenike’s dedication and perseverance saw her through.

In her post, she credited God for guiding her and acknowledged the vital role of her support system. “I am grateful to God for guiding me through and making this possible. I am grateful to every person who supported me and stood by my side as I took this journey,” she said.

The Council of Legal Education confirmed her First Class achievement in the 2024 Bar II results from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari campus.
