After failing the JAMB exam four times, Ayodeji Akinsanya graduated with a 4.97/5.00 first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin, earning multiple honors and scholarships, and is excited for future opportunities.

Ayodeji Akinsanya, a determined Nigerian student who failed the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) exam four times, has achieved an extraordinary milestone by earning a first-class degree in Mathematics from the University of Ilorin with a 4.97/5.00 CGPA.

Despite the setbacks in securing university admission, Ayodeji remained resilient and excelled throughout his academic journey. During his time at the university, he maintained a perfect 5.00 GPA for six consecutive semesters and earned several honors, including Best Graduating Student in the Department of Mathematics, Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Physical Sciences, and Overall Best Graduating Student of his class.

Reflecting on his achievement in a LinkedIn post, Ayodeji expressed gratitude for the unwavering support from his family, friends, lecturers, and mentors, crediting their encouragement as key to his success.

Beyond academics, Ayodeji co-authored three research papers accepted for publication and secured scholarships from the MTN Foundation and FSB, further demonstrating his dedication and talent.
