As Professor Olayemi Akinwumi assumes office as the new vice-chancellor of the Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA), some staff of the university can be seen celebrating an end to the tenure of the immediate past vice-chancellor of the institution, Prof Angela Miri, in what they tagged ”transition to hell”.
The university witnessed a dramatic turn of events as its staff printed posters and banners of the outgoing Vice-chancellor with offensive words, tagging her administration as ”corrupt and tyranny personified”.

Pictures from the disturbing scene showed workers carrying brooms and trumpets, singing and dancing while sweeping her footprints from the University’s premises.
