Oyo APC governorship aspirant Saheed Oladele was honored by over 1,500 schools with the Educational Visionary Leader of the Year award for his exceptional contributions to education through his Erudite Group of Schools, during the 2025 LEAMSP Summit in Lagos.


Over 1,500 schools under the League of Muslim School Proprietors (LEAMSP), Lagos Chapter, have honored Oloye Saheed Oladele—Baàmẹ̀kọ́ of Ibadanland and All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Oyo State—with the Educational Visionary Leader of the Year award.
The recognition was presented during the 2025 LEAMSP Proprietors’ Summit held in Lagos, celebrating Oladele’s significant contributions to the advancement of education in Nigeria.
As Chairman and CEO of the Erudite Group of Schools, Oladele has earned national acclaim for consistent excellence in international examinations and educational innovation.
Speaking at the event, Alhaji A. Waahid Obalakun, National President of LEAMSP (Lagos Chapter), praised Oladele’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence. He emphasized that Oladele’s leadership has helped place Nigeria on the global academic stage.
In his acceptance speech, Oladele expressed deep gratitude for the award and called on governments at all levels to recognize private school proprietors as strategic partners in developing the education sector. He noted that in the past 15 years, private institutions have been key employers of young graduates, helping to address rising youth unemployment.
The summit was attended by several dignitaries, including:
