21-Year-Old Lady Who Dropped Out Of School, Now Makes $6Million in 6 Months, Shares Her Story

Cursory: Inayah McMillan dropped out of college and found success in rental arbitrage, renting out properties on Airbnb. She made up to $60,000 per month from 11 properties in St. Louis and $3 million in six months in six months for coaching. She attributes her success to her positive mindset, intentional actions, and self-education.

Inayah McMillan harbored aspirations of attaining a life of luxury. Following her first year of college, she made the decision to discontinue her studies and delve into various online money-making ventures.

She ventured into eCommerce, drop shipping, and stock trading, but unfortunately, these pursuits did not yield favorable results.

However, her fortunes took a turn when she came across rental arbitrage—a real estate investment strategy highlighted by platforms such as Airbnb, as reported by the New York Post.

Inayah embarked on this endeavor by leasing 11 properties in St. Louis, which she transformed into lucrative Airbnb accommodations.

Through her brilliant management, these properties generated remarkable monthly profits, reaching an impressive $60,000.

In addition, Inayah and her partner, Bryson, ventured into the realm of coaching, aiming to educate others on replicating their achievements. They assertively claimed to have amassed their first million in October 2022, swiftly followed by an additional two million by the year’s end.

In a YouTube video titled “How I made $3 Million in 6 Months as a 20-Year-Old Female Entrepreneur,” which has garnered over 1.2 million views as of June 2023, Inayah recounts her journey.

She attributes her remarkable success to her optimistic mindset, purposeful actions, and commitment to self-improvement. Despite not coming from a privileged background, she draws inspiration from a former employer—a billionaire who hired her as a nanny after she dropped out from college.

She said he showed her “the lifestyle I want” and motivated her to pursue her own goals. She also said she and Bryson used the law of attraction to manifest their income goals. They set their intention to make $1 million a month in October and November 2022, and they said they achieved it.

In her words: “The intentional actions, the positive mindset, and actually living in what you say you’re going to do — that’s how we made $3 million.”

McMillan’s narrative has garnered both admiration and skepticism among viewers. Some lauded her as an inspiration and a positive example for young women, while others expressed doubts regarding the legality and ethical implications of her business model.

@hudasiddiqui3197: Damn, you’re the first young Muslim female entrepreneur I’ve encountered on youtube and I feel so proud and inspired. Of all the great advice in this video the one that really hit me hard is “Learn who to listen to” def gonna implement.

@Jay_Marie4: The timing for this is so perfect I did this fund raiser today so I can start my business and a lot of things wasn’t going right which had me feeling discouraged but this video really inspired me to keep a positive mindset and keep trying i’m only 17 turning 18 soon and I really want to start to make a better life for myself thank you so much for this video

@globalnomadic14: You are very inspiring to many people out there. The dedication, discipline and passion it took to become successful needs to be documented and written down so people can hear it. A-lot of low income people don’t understand that it is the mindset that sets them apart from wealthy. Thank you for sharing!!

@tristanyang13954: (edited)I’m a junior in high school and currently going through something similar and have “awakened” with the flawed education system. You give me hope, and I will continue to watch and support your videos. I too want to become a self-employed entrepreneur, and am willing to go through the trials and tribulations. Thank you for uploading this 🙂

@AdrianSanchez-vk2gn: made me tear up when you started talking about being able to provide for your family. My time is coming. Mark my words. If you truly have it in you, you’ll achieve anything you put your mind too.

@JakeClarke: 100% agree with you on letting others dictate your worth with your academic success. This story is incredible, can’t wait to see more ❤

@MohamedMejri94: Congratulations to you sister, you’re not an inspiration for women alone, your story inspires all of us women and men. I wish all the success for you and your family.

@NoelleLilley: I understood exactly what you’re describing with the mindset you mentioned! I just left school. I have a Masters degree already, faced terrible difficulties from the pandemic job wise that impacted my life. During that time, I became a businesswoman and had more success that way and felt similarly to what you described and your path. I am now an entrepreneur in a few different areas and on that path, self taught, exploring. It’s been a journey but what you’re saying I could wholeheartedly relate with and I had no support for the choices I made but knew I needed to do it. Keep sharing your story!

@ms.b.9674: Very, very inspirational. So happy for you & Bryson. Well done on showing your family & others it can be done. This is how we build generational wealth & knowledge, so we can change the narrative & change lives. God bless you both. I’m definitely learning a few things from you guys. Keep striving🙏🏾👏🏾🎉

@TheCupcakeConfession: I am in absolute tears watching this, I REALLY needed to see this today! THANK YOU for making this video and showing us that it IS possible, we only need to believe it and then put in the work! THANK YOU! 💗
