NILEST Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

Nigerian Institution of Leather Technology and Science Technology, (NILEST) Admission Form For The 2024/2025 Academic Session is Out. The closing date is Monday 6th January, 2025. The Cut-off mark is 120 and above.

This is to inform the general public that the admission exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session commenced on Monday 11th November, 2024 to Monday 6th January, 2025. Interested candidates are advised to visit the Institute Portal (nilest.admissions.cloud) to fill the form.

NILEST Courses Offered

NILEST offers an array of National Diploma (ND) programmes, including:

• National Diploma in Leather Technology
• National Diploma in Polymer Technology
• National Diploma in Computer Science
• National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology

NILEST POST-UTME Requirements

Admission into the National Diploma (ND) programmes are strictly through Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). In addition, applicants must have the following:

• 150 score in the relevant subjects for National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology (NDSLT)
• 140 score for National Diploma in Computer Science (NDCS)
• 130 score for National Diploma in Leather Technology (NDLT), and National Diploma in Polymer Technology (NDLT) respectively
• O-Level Credits: Obtain five (5) credits in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects relevant to your chosen course of study.
• Institution Preference: Ensure that NILEST is selected as your first choice in JAMB, and remember to upload your O’level results to the JAMB portal.

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• JAMB Admission Letter
• ND certificate/statement of result
• Five (5) credit in relevant subjects.

INSTITUTES’ DIPLOMA ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate interested in Institutes’ Diploma admission must have five (5) credit in relevant subjects.
