Capital City University, Warawa, Kano Notice To Newly Admitted Students


This is to inform new students and Parents, that screening and orientation exercise for New/Fresh students will commence on Monday 9th – Saturday 14th January, 2023 at Dawaki Road and Civic Centre Campuses.
The New/Fresh 100 level students are expected to report at the University campuses stated above to undertake the final stage of their registration while lectures commence on Monday 16th January, 2023.
The activities for the period 9th – 14th January, 2023 are as follows:
- Student report to their respective Faculties/Departments for screening exercise (9th & 10th January 2023).
- Student to Correct online courses registration (11th & 12th January 2023).
- Students Orientation Exercise (13th & 14th January 2023).
The sequence of the exercise will be:
- Student will at first go for screening,
- Then correction of online course registration and,
- Finally, orientation exercise.
The following original documents and credentials are to be presented for screening exercise including 3 photocopies of each:
- JAMB Admission letter.
- CCUK Admission letter.
- UTME Result.
- SSCE (WAEC, NECO or NBTE).
- Three Set of Credentials Photocopy.
- Tuition Fees & other charges Payment receipts.
- Course Registration (Print out).
- Birth Certificate/Statutory Age Declaration
- Four Passport size photographs
Note: you are expected to go to JAMB Registration Center for Acceptance and Printing of your JAMB Admission Letter.
In the case you don’t have it, you are to upload your Olevel (SSEC) result to your JAMB profile, as it might be the reason why you are yet to have the letter.
