This is to inform all the Regular students of the Auchi Polytechnic (Auchi Poly) that the management of the polytechnic has released the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session.

August 2024
- 28th August: Departmental Board Meetings to consider the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination.
September 2024
- 3rd September: School Board Meetings to discuss the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination results.
- 10th – 12th September: Academic Board Meetings for consideration of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination results.
October 2024
- 1st October: National Day Celebration.
- 6th October: Resumption of new students.
- 7th October: Registration starts for new students.
- 13th October: Resumption of old students.
November 2024
- 1st November: Lectures commence for all students.
- 7th November: Lectures begin for ND II students returning from industrial training.
- 24th – 26th November: Orientation for new students (morning sessions).
December 2024
- 6th December: Matriculation Ceremony for new students.
- 20th December: Submission of first course work and test scores.
- 21st December: Christmas Break and End of Year Holiday begin.
January 2025
- 5th January: Resumption from Christmas Break and End of Year Holiday.
- 6th January: Lectures continue for all students.
- 13th January: Registration ends.
- 14th January: Late registration begins.
February 2025
- 10th February: First Semester Examinations commence for School of Arts and Industrial Design and selected departments.
- 17th February: Examinations begin for all other schools.
March 2025
- 7th March: Examination period ends for all students.
- 8th March: Students vacate the hall of residence.
- 28th March: Departmental Board Meeting to consider the first semester result for the 2024/2025 session.
- 31st March: School Board Meeting to discuss the first semester result for the 2024/2025 session.
April 2025
- 1st – 3rd April: Academic Board Meeting to consider the first semester result for the 2024/2025 academic session.
