Cursory: A University final-year student named Oluwakemi is reportedly begging in public to pay her N225,000 school fees. She opted for begging to avoid engaging in prostitution and is seeking assistance from compassionate individuals.

A University of Lagos (UNILAG) final year student, known as Oluwakemi, has apparently turned to public begging to cover her school fees.
As reported by the Nigerian Tribune, she was seen at a roundabout in the Ifako-Gbagada area of Lagos, holding a sign.
“Please help a final year student with her school fees. God bless you.”
Despite her efforts, Oluwakemi, who is said to live with her grandmother in Agege, Lagos, has found it challenging to afford the increased university tuition of N225,000. The part-time student also said some men offered sex in exchange for the fees, which she could not accept.
She turned to public begging as an alternative to avoid engaging in prostitution, preferring to seek assistance from compassionate Nigerians who might sympathize and support her.
