FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Admission Screening Form 2025/2026 is Out

Federal University, Otuoke, FUOTUOKE Direct Entry admission screening form 2025/2026 academic session is now on sale. The form cost N2000. Registration closes September 23, 2025

The Federal University Otuoke invites applications from suitable JAMB DE candidates for Direct Entry Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Interested candidates are to be guided by the following information.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

The following categories of JAMB DE candidates are eligible to apply:

a. Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB DE and chose any of the programmes listed in 9. below

b. Candidates must hold any of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and A‘Level in relevant disciplines and subjects. In addition, candidates are required to meet the O’Level requirement for the relevant programme. (See further details in the FUO Brochure).

c. Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in Federal University Otuoke must do a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the programmes listed in 9 below.

How to Apply for FUOTUOKE DIRECT ENTRY Admission Form

Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit Bank cards for the application form. Candidates are to read these instructions carefully before applying. Visit Applications at http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for the online application.

3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE DIRECT ENTRY ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:
a) Digital Passport-size photograph
b) Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (in PDF format)
c) Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
d) Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (in PDF format)
e) Scanned copy of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and A‘Level certificate (in PDF format).
f) Scanned copy of academic transcript (in PDF format)

4. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

1. Use digital passport photograph (in JPG format)
2. Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your application

Note: Federal University Otuoke will not be responsible for any unsuccessful application as a result of invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s).

COMMENCEMENT OF ONLINE APPLICATION

The Online application will be open from Wednesday 17th, September 2025 on the University’s portal http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

CLOSING DATE: The deadline for submission of application is September 23, 2025.

DATE OF DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING EXERCISE

The date for the DIRECT ENTRY Screening Exercise would be made known upon completion of the application, on the DE Screening Schedule Printout.

8. IMPORTANT NOTICES
CANDIDATES WHOSE ACADEMIC RECORDS ARE NOT UPLOADED ON JAMB CAPS, OR WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
