UDUSOK Postgraduate Admission List for 2020/2021 is Out [1st, 2nd, 3rd]

This is to inform the general public that the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, (UDUSOK) Postgraduate admission list for 2020/2021 session is out.

Latest Update: The 2nd and 3rd Postgraduate lists has been posted on the school notice board. As soon as we get the pdf, we will update this page.

Instructions to Admitted Students:

• Registration and confirmation begins IMMEDIATELY
• Applicants who are successfully admitted should log into http://pg.udusok.edu.ng with their Application Number and Password to print their Admission Letter and Remita for acceptance.
• From there they will proceed to the bank for payment of N12,000 for the acceptance (they can also pay with their cards).
• They will log in again into their various portals to verify their payments and print acceptance letter.
• After that, they will return to PG School with their Original credentials for the collation of their confirmations.
• All admitted students who did not graduate from UDUS should make sure that their transcripts are sent from their school.
• PG School will not accept transcripts from students rather the transcript should be sent from the school.
• All Ph.D and M. Phil students must send their Transcripts to PG School.
• After receiving their confirmation all students are expected to pay N5000 Registration Material to Polaris Bank:
  • Account Name PG School
  • Bank Name Polaris Bank
  • Account Number 4090260222
• They will bring the receipt to the Dean’s Officer to collect Registration Materials.
• After that student are expected to go online and Print their Invoice and Remita for school Fees through their portals on the university student website mis.udusok.edu.ng
• (They should login with their Admission number, not application Number).
• Students can also make Installment payments (i.e Half payment).
• After the payment student are expected to go to Bursary for the confirmation of payments.
• And also they will download their Registration form i.e Form 02, Student Particular Form, Clinic Form, and Courses Registration.
• They will also be expected to go to a clinic with their Clinic form.

Alternatively: Check your admission status on the School Portal via the procedure below:

1. Go to UDUSOK postgraduate portal at https://pg.udusok.edu.ng/.
2. Locate and click on Check Admission button.
3. Wait for the pop-up window and then insert your application number in the required column.
4. Finally, click on Check admission to access your UDUSOK postgraduate admission status.

PS: The steps above is also applicable to candidates who saw their name in the first list.
