IBBUL Partners with Sanskaram University India .
A historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sanskaram University, India, and Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL), Lapai, to strengthen academic collaboration, staff and student exchange, and research development across key disciplines. Speaking at the 101st Regular Senate Meeting of the University, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Had Salihu, applauded Dr. Musa Emmanuel Umaru for initiating the partnership that culminated in the MoU with Sanskaram University.
He noted the gesture as a rare demonstration of dedication and selfless service to the growth of IBBUL. In recognition of the collaboration, Professor Salihu was decorated with the regalia and muffler of Sanskaram University by Dr. Emmanuel Umaru on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Professor Chandra Prakash. He noted that the agreement offered IBBUL immense benefits, particularly in staff development, student exchange, and collaborative research, while urging other members of the University community to emulate Dr. Umaru’s initiative.
He remarked that the Head of the Department of Sociology, Dr. Musa Emmanuel Umaru, explained to India’s interest in collaborating with IBBUL stemmed from the vast potential for collaboration.
He invited the distinguished Sanskaram University, which culminated in the signing of the MoU, which will open new frontiers in forensic criminology, medical education, law, and technology.
