Rivers teacher brutalizes student for failing to submit an assignment

An Agricultural science teacher in Emohua, Rivers State has been accused of inflicting injuries on a student who failed to submit an assignment.

According to a Twitter user who shared the story on her page, the injuries were supposedly  inflicted to discipline the student.
