Ahmadu Bello University, ABU Zaria Notice on Upload of O’LEVEL Results On JAMB Portal For 2025/2026 Admission Process

Following the release of the Post-UTME results, the university wishes to inform all candidates applying for admission into any of its programmes to take note of the following:

i. Uploaded Certificates/Results: Certificates/results (particularly O’ Level) may sometimes drop from the JAMB portal. Candidates are advised to check their JAMB CAPS to ensure their certificates/results are intact, as admissions will not be processed without uploaded results.

ii. Admission Timeline: The university plans to conclude the admission exercise in October 2025. Candidates wishing to change their programme of choice should do so immediately to avoid inconveniences.

iii. Incorrect JAMB Combinations: Candidates with incorrect JAMB subject combinations are advised to switch to appropriate available programmes to avoid delays during registration.

iv. Screening Portal for DE Candidates: The screening portal will remain open for Direct Entry (DE) candidates until the end of the admission exercise.

Therefore, all Direct Entry and UTME candidates, who applied for 2025/2026 admission into Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, are hereby advised to check JAMB portal to ensure that their O’level results are uploaded.

They are also advised to preferably use the JAMB CBT centres for the upload of the results as the roadside cafés or cellphones may be defective.

Please note that applicants whose O’Level results are not uploaded cannot be proposed for admission.
