ATBU IJMB Admission Form 2024/2025 is Out [UPDATED]

ATBU IJMB Admission Form for 2024/2025 Academic Session is Out. Registration closes on FRIDAY 26th JULY, 2024. The form cost N5,000. See how to apply and other details below.

This is to inform the general public that, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into IJMB programme run by the University in the 2024/2025Academic session which will commence from MONDAY 13th MAY, 2024 to FRIDAY 26th JULY, 2024.

The twelve (12) months IJMB programme will prepare candidates to gain Admission into the University at 200 Level upon acquiring the minimum requirement and other universities as approved by the federal Government.

NOTE: Candidates MUST register for 2025 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) for Admission.

ATBU IJMB Programme.

Candidates applying for this programme must have at least five (5) credits including English and Mathematics (in not more than two sittings) with any of the following combinations:

Social Science Subjects combination

• 004: Accounting, Business Management, Mathematics
• 005: Accounting, Business Management, Economics
• 006: Accounting, Business Management, Geography
• 013: Accounting, Geography, Mathematics
• 031: Business Management, Economics, Mathematics
• 032: Business Management, Economics, Geography
• 049: Economics, Geography, Mathematics

Science Subjects Combination

• 027: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics
• 028: Biology, Chemistry, Geography
• 030: Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• 039: Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics
• 040: Chemistry, Geography, Physics
• 043: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics
• 063: Geography, Physics, Mathematics

DURATION

The duration for the programme is twelve (12) months only.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Candidates admitted for the Basic (IJMB) Programme are also expected to register for 2025 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) for Admission.
• Provision is available for candidates with deficiencies in English and Mathematics to register for Basic English and Mathematics ‘o’level equivalent run by IJMB, ABU Zaria. 

How to Apply for ATBU IJMB Admission.

Candidates interested in the ATBU IJMB form should apply by following the procedure below: 

• Interested applicants should visit https://applicant.safapply.com/athu
• Click on IJMB application to create an account using valid email address
• Upon successful account creation, use the email and password to login
• There are five (5) sections which you will be required to fill Each section has to be filled before proceeding to the next
• You can save your progress to finish the application at a later time before the application deadline
• Use a valid debit card or any other payment option available on the portal to make the payment of a non-refundable application fee of Five Thousand Naira Only (N5,000) NB: payment validates your application, failure of which will result in rejection of your application.
