ATBU Physical Screening Notice for 2025/2026 Session [UPDATED]

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU) Physical Screening Notice for 2025/2026 Academic Session.

This is to inform all prospective UTME and DE candidates who applied for admission into Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi to check their invitation letters via www.atbu.edu.ng/screening and appear for the physical screening exercise scheduled to take place

The management of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, has announced the commencement of the Physical Screening Exercise for all candidates who applied for admission through JAMB for the 2025/2026 Academic Session

According to a notice from the Office of the Registrar, the screening exercise will begin on Friday, 17th October 2025, and end on Saturday, 25th October 2025. The venue for the exercise is the NCC Building, Gubi Campus, along Kano Road, Bauch

All applicants are required to appear in person for the screening within the stipulated period. The university emphasized that there will be no extension after the closing date

Candidates are also advised to come with all relevant original copies of their documents for verification

Eligibility: Prospective UTME and DE candidates who applied for admission into ATBU, selected ATBU as their first choice during the 2024/2026 JAMB Examination, and scored at least the minimum cut-off point.

Required Documents:

1. JAMB Result Slip
2. Physical Screening Invitation
3. Online Screening Acknowledgement Slip
4. ‘O’ Level Results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and Grade II)
5. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
6. Indigene Certificate
7. NCE/ND/IJMB Results (for Direct Entry students)

Important Details:

1. Report to respective colleges or faculties within ATBU as indicated in invitation letters.
2. Failure to appear during allocated time may result in replacement.
3. Download your Physical Screening Invitation.

All applicants are to report to their respective College/Faculties.

NOTE: Any candidate who fails to appear within the time allotted for the physical screening will be replaced immediately in addition change of course will not be entertained after screening, please.
