Cursory: Following an internship with a law firm, Prince Acquaye, who had all but given up on his dream of becoming a lawyer, was able to reclaim it. He worked tirelessly in the legal industry for years to fulfill a childhood dream and eventually graduated from law school.

Following his graduation from the esteemed Ghana-based Ashesi University, Prince Acquaye founded a legal practice named Corporate and Allied Attorneys. He did this after making the necessary preparations to fulfill his childhood dream of becoming a lawyer.
When Acquaye enrolled in the university’s Management Information Systems program, he had given up on his desire to become a lawyer.
But in his second year, through a fellow Ashesi student who had served as an intern there, he learned about ENS Africa’s Ghana Office, which was still known as Oxford and Beaumont Solicitors.
In his third year at Ashesi, Acquaye filed for a non-legal internship with the corporation and was approved. The interaction gave him new motivation to pursue a law career. After earning his degree from Ashesi, he spent over eight years working for ENS Africa.
After acquiring qualifications as a Barrister-at-Law from the Nigeria School of Law and a qualifying certificate in Law from the Ghana Law School, he started as a paralegal and finally moved to the post of International Associate.
As a prominent international attorney, Acquaye has developed a strong background in corporate law, intellectual property, immigration, general corporate law, and mergers & acquisitions.
Among the numerous businesses he worked with were Google, the International Financial Corporation (IFC), the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Limited, Emirates Airlines, Mastercard, and Zen Petroleum.
He established Corporate and Allied Attorneys, a law practice, in 2022, and is now the managing partner of that business.
Acquaye advises young people to pursue their dreams of becoming professionals in any discipline, including law. Acquaye wants to establish a law firm that is well-known in Africa and acts as a role model for many others.
