Aide to the Delta State Governor criticized TikToker Peller for flaunting extravagant spending, calling it insensitive amid widespread economic hardship.

Ossai Success, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, has openly criticized TikTok influencer Habeeb Hazmat—popularly known as Peller—for choosing luxury over education after recently acquiring a ₦350 million mansion in Lagos.
In an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, Ossai voiced disappointment, stating that Peller’s priorities are misaligned and that his management team has failed to guide him responsibly.
“Peller buying a house and a car at his age when he should be focused on school is disheartening. Those guiding him have let him down,” Ossai remarked.
He urged the influencer’s handlers to direct his earnings toward furthering his education instead of lavish spending, warning that fame without foundational growth is unsustainable.
“The boy is too young to forget about education. Please, take Peller back to school and invest his money. I am really disappointed,” he added.
Ossai’s comments reflect growing concern over the trend of young Nigerians chasing quick success and wealth at the expense of personal development and education.
Recently, Peller issued a public apology to fans, admitting that some of his online behavior may have been misunderstood and promised to be more mindful moving forward.
